Erick Gonzalez - CEO

For the past 15 years, Mr. Gonzalez has focused his career solely on the distressed real estate market in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania area. With the onset of the credit crisis in 2008, Mr. Gonzalez became more involved on the asset management side of the distressed debt portfolio. His internal team of 15 analysts coupled with his extensive partner pool allows him to now oversee a book of over $1bn in distressed assets for his largest institutional clients. Mr. Gonzalez's extended team manage the full life cycle of the distressed loan process. This includes dealing with property issues, working directly with borrowers and establishing personal relationships with these borrowers, managing insurance and title partners, and dealing with courts and lawyers as needed all for the purpose of bringing non-performing loans to levels of performance and return.

Linh Ho

Linh has 20 years experience as a licensed real estate broker. She began her career at First Choice Real Estate which was later acquired by Coldwell Banker and then spent several years at ReMAX Universal in New York City. Linh's extensive expertise in managing renovations and liquidations for private equity clients caused her to found Liberty Chateau Realty, based in Queens, which manages assets for institutional investors in NY metropolitan residential real estate.

With more than twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, Carlos currently serves as VP at First Lien Capital. As a passionate leader with experience in portfolio management, loan servicing, loss mitigation, loan origination, underwriting, and sales, Carlos has established a reputation of excellence and precision among clients and industry peers. Carlos is originally from Chicago where he currently resides. He attended Roosevelt University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and holds an active real estate broker license for the state of Illinois.

Oscar Caballero - Realtor

A scientist by training and education, Oscar started his real estate career with his family over a decade ago. He brings a unique and analytical perspective to property management, one that is heavily data-driven. Oscar specializes in multi-family property management and commercial real estate asset management.

Deanna Deschene

Asset Manager/Property Manager

Deanna has more than twenty years of experience managing commercial and residential properties in South Florida. Deanna currently oversees multiple portfolios of residential REO properties as well as non-performing and performing mortgage loans. Deanna also manages contract, collateral, and servicing relationships for RSI, First Lien Capital, and its clients.
